Wadi Mujib or Arnon (Bible Num. 21:3-15: Deut.
2:24-36) is between Mount Nebo and Rabbah on the King's
Highway.
The gorge is over three kilometres wide and nearly two
kilometres deep, with a small river at the bottom, that
flows to the Dead Sea.
