Nepal facts & history in
brief
Durbar Square
Nearly every town in Nepal
have a Durbar Square, here I'm talking
about one of the the main attraction
in Kathmandu.
The hub of the old city, at the
cross-roads of the city and old
trade routes, of the old and new
city with more than 50 temples,
founded by the Licchavi kings in
the 8th century and the centre point
or destiny of every tourist visiting
this interesting city.
Nepal was very interesting and
hospitable to us.
We spent days exploring Kathmandu.
Taken a sightseeing flight
over the Himalayas.
And there are plenty of Himalayas.
We did enjoy ourselves.
There are special flights to the
Himalayas from Kathmandu.
For US$100 per person you can go and
nearly touch these
giants of the mountains.
The Himalayas looked awesome
from our plane window.
Kathmandu was fascinating
and memorable.
