Japan facts & history
in brief
Japanese Bullet-trains, Shinkansen.
Awesome. 200 km/h.
Nowadays they have faster ones.
Although I think of myself as a train enthusiast,
I can't understand how they avoid the tracks to buckle
during the summer months, as they have to be welded
together for a smooth, fast ride.
I've tried to look a few places for specifications ect.
I couldn't find anything.
Can someone help me please?
My e-mail address is at the bottom of this page.
We've found Japan very different, interesting, beautiful
and friendly.
Enjoyed our stay very much.
Hope we can go back again sometime.
