Aramoana
is a small seaside settlement on Otago Harbour.
It received overwhelming attention for its
size twice in the last thirty years.
First it was a focus of rallying
point during the "Think Big" times
of a previous government that was
planning to build an aluminium smelter
there.
The second time, on 13 November
1990 David Bray killed people before
he was shot by the police.
