Tihany is a Peninsula on the northern shores of the beautiful Lake Balaton and a little town as well.

A large Abbey Church is on the top of the hill, overlooking the Peninsula, the village and the beautiful Lake Balaton.

Tihany is very popular for fishing, picnicking, boating etc.

Tihany also have a regular ferry service to Siófok and services to many other parts of the Balaton.
