The township is known for stud farm and the special horse breed named after the town. The stud farm was established by the crown in 1854, specialising in English thoroughbreds and crossbreeds. The 6330 ha. farm also maintains many other animals. There are many other attractions, like churches, Municipal buildings, castles, roller mills and many other. Estimated population is under 10,000.
