Hungary, facts and history in brief Budapest, facts and history in brief BalatonfõkajárBalatonfõkajár is near the eastern end of the beautiful Lake Balaton.We jumped on a bus at Várpalota as it was leaving, without having a chance to check where it was heading. I asked the driver for two tickets to the Railway Station (5 minutes away). He has taken a different route. We assumed he has a round to do to get back to the station. 45 minutes later we ended up beyond the 'black-stump', in Balatonfõkajár. Two hours later, after exploring Balatonfõkajár we managed to catch a little train to Balatonalmádi and than to Balatonfüred.
