Greece Ferries My daughter, Sarolta and I visited Greece during our 1978 trip around Europe. We had a three months Eurail Pass, plus a Britrail Pass and we also spent some time in Hungary and Romania, countries that were not part of the Eurail system at that time. We took a ferry (The ferry trip was part of the Eurail Pass, as was many other ferries etc) from Brindisi in Italy to Patra in Greece. A nice experience, met many nice people doing the same.
